CONTINGENCIES

HARDLINER POLITICAL ATTACKS AND DIRSUPTION CAMPAIGNS
    1. Joint Peace Task Force Coordinates with Israel and Palestine to respond to these campaigns. They present a united effort.
    2. They will highlight the progress that has been made, is being made, and the future goals.
    3. This will likely require the Joint Peace Task force to go out of its way to ensure the population that there are people on both sides who only want peace, and that hardliners do not speak for everyone.
    4. Remind people of the goals of this process.

    TERRORISM
    1. An attack on one, is an attack on both countries. 
    2. The Joint Peace Task Force must condemn attacks on all peoples. Offer support wherever it is needed.
    3. The response must be united.
    4. Close cooperation, compassion, and empathy will be needed.
    5. They must highlight the progress that has been made, is being made, and the future goals of this roadmap.
    6. Intelligence agencies must closely work together to prevent and respond to terrorists. 
    7. Those committing acts of terrorism will be held accountable and brought to justice. Both sides must pledge to ensure their land is not a haven for terrorists.

    STATE ACTOR THREATS
    1. This defensive alliance would mean that an attack on one, is an attack on both. 
    2. It is important to state that this would not be an offensive alliance. One state could not drag another into the war.
