FOUNDATIONS OF ROADMAP

This section is the analysis of how this Roadmap was created. We looked at the historical context of how the situation has influenced current events. We examined how both sides are caught in a cycle of violence, so that they can break free from the cycle. We then investigated the causes for previous peace effort failures in order to try to learn from them. We then studied the key actors and potential actors in this conflict in order to determine how willing they may be to accept this roadmap. Finally, we examined how people may attempt to derail this roadmap in order to find ways to thwart them.
