Do they need food, water, shelter, medical aid? It is important that these concerns are addressed in order to prevent people from losing faith in the peace process. 

Various goodwill measures are needed to win support for the peace process among the populations. This plan is full of small details that can be highlighted to act as a constant reminder of the progress being made. Most Importantly, throughout all phases, we cannot let either side give up on the idea of peace.

People on both sides need to see progress, no matter how small. There are many small tasks that can be accomplished. Any progress must be highlighted. Lack of information will lead to people drawing their own conclusions, which may feed into narratives of disrupters. If people cannot see progress, it will be easy for them to lose faith in the process.

There will be an inherent lack of trust between both sides. Many have lost family members to the otherside, this is not an easy situation to get out of. They are trapped in a cycle of violence and betrayals. The only way to combat this is to make sure intentions throughout the process are clarified. People need to know what is happening so that there are no misunderstandings.

Various actors will likely seek to derail peace efforts. They will best be abe to accomplish this through disinformation. This can come in many ways, such as provoking retaliation and then focusing only on the other sides actions, or even fabricating stories to inflame tensions. 

Coordination between officials in the Israeli and Palestinian information space will need to address disinformation campaigns. They must also address concerns among the various media organizations, do not discount them.

The most likely way for opponents to peace to derail the process will be to incite violence. Both sides will need to hold their bad actors accountable. They must not be made into martyrs. Crimes against humanity must always be condemned. 

Officials from both sides must seek to aid the process by taking actions that do not delegitimize the other side. Opponents will already be seeking to delegitimize the process, officials should not do their job for them.

Officials Must ALWAYS Strive to Present a United Front. They should Never Argue in Public and Never Leak the Arguments. When officials fail to present a united front, it will have to be up to the people to keep the unity. 

This plan offers many details that can aid in peace process, but it has to be by the Israelis and Palestinians. They both need buy in and ownership of the plan.
